Ecolife, TFfE’s partner in the EcoDriving Europe programme, was nominated for the 2008 Future Generation Award. The Award, presented each year by the Belgian Foundation for the Future Generations, recognises two initiatives in Belgium that have contributed to a livable and sustainable world for future generations by integrating the principles of sustainable development into everyday life.
One award is presented to a project from Belgium’s French-speaking community, while the other is awarded to a project from the Dutch-speaking community. The major prizes went to Soleil Vert in the French category and Ecopower in the Dutch category.
